From the Cuvee lawn and gardens in winter to the Cherry Blossoms in spring, there is a location to help make your ceremony your own. Restaurant Cuvee with its exposed timber beams and sandstone walls makes the picture perfect location for your Hunter Valley reception. Be it a small intimate wedding of 20 up to a large group of 100, we can create a package to suit any dream.

Restaurant Cuvee offers modern Australian cuisine at its best. Our menus are created using the freshest produce available with something there for everyone. As we are located within Peterson House we offer your guests a unique opportunity to experience a wine list of in house premium sparkling wines.

At Restaurant Cuvee we are able to provide you with everything you may possibly need to ensure your day is a dream come true. From our dedicated on site Wedding Co-ordinator to hiring of in-house theming equipment such as tables decorations, chair covers and red carpets, we have everything covered. Through our years of experience in the industry, we can also recommend a variety of other wedding professionals to help you on your big day.
